Hello, I'm Jack Rosten. I've never done that good in school. I was at the bottom of the social latter, and my grades were bad. The reason I came to the Moon Shadow is because it was the only way to get out of summer school. But it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen, and I've made lots of new great friends. Ally, Bree, Ryan, Kenny, and Melanie. |
Howdy
My blog is random, interesting, and fun; a place where I can show the world what's on my mind. If you find something random and/or weird, don't be surprised!
My Blog, a place of fun, imagination, randomness, and awesomeness!
Howdy, and welcome to Howdy! (hee hee hee) grab a seat and look at whatever awesome pictures, videos, or jokes I have on today. Leave a comment so I can know what you have to say, but please nothing rude or inappropriate, because I will just delete it. My blog is a place of happiness and love and I intend to keep it that way. Remember to have fun!

Bree Holden
Hey, I'm Bree Holden, and believe me, moving to the Moonlight Campground, or whatever is NOT something I wanted to do. I was perfectly happy at home, where I was leader of the A-Clique at school, crushed on by tons of boys, and had a new job at the mall, which would help me be a supermodel one day. But I have to say, witnessing the eclipse was pretty amazing. |

Ally Summers
Hello, I'm Ally. I've lived at the Moon Shadow Campground for as long as I remember, with my parents and my little brother, Kenny. Astronomy is my favorite thing in the world, and I know each and every one of the eighty-eight constellations in the sky. I hope to discover a comet one day. |

Miles To Go
I just got this book at Barnes and Noble last night. It's an autobiography of Miley Cyrus. I was up until one in the morning reading it (Don't tell Mom) Whether you are a fan of Miley or not, I would recommend this book. Read it! It's quite interesting. |

Planet of the Day
Here is Pluto, the planet of the day. It is extremely small, and considered a dwarf planet in the Kuiper Belt, but it will always be a planet to me :) It's diameter is 1,413 miles across. That's smaller than the diameter of Earth's moon! It is also an extremely cold planet, as it's minimum distance from the sun is 4.6 billion miles! (Maximum 7.4 billion miles) Perhaps that's why it was named after the Roman God of the Underworld. |

Solar Eclipse
This is a Solar Eclipse, which is what happens when the moon is perfectly alinged with the sun, so that completely blocks it from view. If you ever get a chance to see a total Solar Eclipse, do it. I'm serious. It will be the most beautiful you will ever see. For more information about Solar Eclipses, follow the link. http://csep10.phys.utk.edu/astr161/lect/time/eclipses.html |
Supernova
This is a picture of a SUPERNOVA. You see, when an average star dies, it turns into a supergiant, and then shrinks into a white dwarf, slowly fading away. But there are a few special BIG stars, that have a very exciting death. They blow up like average stars, but instead of shrinking, they explode into magnificent Supernovae. It might make me sound like a geek, but I think it's fascinating |
